Elza’s career has been closely connected to the U.S.-style business education and leadership, including over a decade at Riga Business School – an American-style university – where she guided the current and future business leaders across Bachelor, MBA, and Executive MBA programs as Assistant Director. To deepen the focus on career growth aligned with personal values, she joined the faculty team as co-instructor of the MBA ‘Personal and Career Development’ course and co-authored a self-leadership workbook.
