LEEP - Leading through Education to Excellent Patient Care course

This cross-disciplinary and multi- professional programme aims to promote leadership development and collaborative working across the healthcare system. It provides a multi- dimensional approach to development over the course of four modules.

These focus on three perspectives: developing as an individual, developing your network and developing system literacy.

LEEP 2 Developing Teams and Networks
LEEP 3 Quality Improvement and Change Management
LEEP 4 Systems Leadership
