The performance "Aha Moments" is inspired by Zen stories about finding one's own path, letting go of attachments, and embracing change. When a person finds the courage to leave behind familiar ideas about themselves, other people, and life, space opens up for genuine understanding. It is in these moments that "aha moments" arise: sudden flashes of insight when everything unexpectedly falls into place, and the world, along with one's own life, reveals itself from a new and surprising perspective.
This is the second production of the adult studio of Flying Cow Theatre, whose members are studying through a programme that combines theatrical training with the principles of Dragon Dreaming. This approach focuses on creating harmonious communities and cultivating a culture in which people, communities, and the wider world can thrive together.
