For one singular summer evening, guests will gather at the Domaine de Laurensart, one of Belgium’s most remarkable estates, for an experience built around the final glow of the day, last lights before night falls.
Set within an unexpected and unique location, The Last Lights is imagined as a five-course dinner with wine pairing, where gastronomy, atmosphere, scenography, music, and nature merge into one fleeting moment.
The menu will be created by chef Damien Brunet, after years spent in renowned Michelin-starred kitchens and now preparing an amazing experience for us. Together with détail., he will shape an experience driven by precision, creativity, and emotion.
If conditions allow it, the dinner will take place outdoors, fully immersed in the landscape and sunset, with an indoor alternative prepared if needed.
