Performer
Orest Kormashov
Description
This is a subject that raises many questions. Why does man have to suffer and why do the innocent suffer? If God is good, why does He allow man to suffer? A lot seems contradictory and illogical here. The lecture will briefly discuss the Christian approach to suffering.
Orest Kormashov is an artist, lecturer and icon scholar. He has worked for decades as a painting instructor at Tallinn University. He has also devoted himself to painting and icon restoration, to lecturing about the world of icons, as well as to the activities of the Museum of Icons.
The lecture will be in Estonian.
Everyone is welcome.
