Lebo Sibul (originally from Narva) returns to his roots and brings the Hour of Sound concert from Tallinn to Sillamäe (what?!).

Only original music. Local artists and performers active in Tallinn, unexpected stage moments, lots of fun and laughter. Nothing like this has ever happened in Sillamäe — and who knows when it will again.

Hour of Sound is known in Tallinn for its diverse lineups and experimental approach. Now we’re bringing that energy to Sillamäe.

Lebo has been away from Ida-Virumaa for 6 years and had almost forgotten the local “dialect” (Russian), but for this evening he’ll bring it back to host the event.
