Food lovers unite to celebrate the Tanabata festival with a Japanese dinner experience in a beautiful cafe in Rotherhithe!

Tanabata is Japan’s magical “Star Festival,” where people celebrate the once-a-year reunion of two deities, Orihime and Hikoboshi, separated by the Milky Way✨ The cafe will be adorned with colorful origami decorations, and guests will be able to write wishes on paper strips to hang on bamboo branches for good luck!

Guests will enjoy a four course plant-based Japanese menu using the season's produce including traditional tea and nibbles right at the end. There is a welcome drink included in the price alongside an array of carefully curated drinks which guests can order throughout the night. There will also be a jazz pianist playing Ghibli music during the meal. Let your tastebuds and ears be serenaded!

Cancellation policy: A full refund will be issued if cancelled via Flora’s Fodder email by 48 hours before the event. Beyond this time, tickets cannot be refunded and will be taken as a cancellation fee. A refund will be issued should the event be cancelled by Flora's Fodder.
