Description
Discover movement through a Japanese perspective with URARA.
This two-hour practical workshop explores body awareness, physical expression and traditional Japanese-inspired movement techniques. Through guided exercises, participants will work with posture, rhythm, space and intention, discovering how small physical choices can create powerful presence on stage.
Open to actors, improvisers, dancers, performers and curious beginners. No previous movement experience is required.
URARA will also present Metamorphoses earlier on Saturday, making this workshop an opportunity to explore more deeply the physical language behind her work.
