Jan Jacob Stam constellation workshop: Transformation in societal, organizational, work and personal context

Jan Jacob: “Systemic Work and Constellations have been my passion and fascination since 1996. Systemic Work and constellations are helping me to better understand the world I love so much. As human beings, it seems to me, that the only option is to be willing to understand each other and our context, even if that is sometimes almost impossible. I like the phenomenological approach because there is nothing between the observer and that, which you perceive”.

In this workshop, constellations will be set up with themes related to social, organisational, work or personal transformation. Theory will also be spoken and there will be space for a question and answer session.

Transformation is a process after which something fundamental has shifted in the identity of the person, family, organization or society. And you don’t know into what this identity has shifted, until you have reached it or it has found you. That makes this process of transformation more an adventure then a journey. On a journey you know where you’re heading, in an adventure you don’t know where your will be next.

During this workshop you will be learning about transformation from a systemic perspective, you might be submerged in transformational processes yourself on the levels of transformation in society, in organizations or families and in human beings.

The world is not the same as one or two years ago. Transformation wants to be in many places and is rattling at our doors. Patterns are working hard to keep continuity alive and to keep transformation outside the door. We are all in these movements. We also will learn by being part of these impulses. And we will also learn in a collective way.

Anyone interested in understanding what is going on in their lives, in their professional challenges, in society and in their relationships, in finding new ways of dealing with their life challenges and crises, and in making unconscious hidden systemic connections visible to themselves, is welcome to participate.

WHO IS JAN JACOB STAM?

Jan Jacob Stam (1954, The Netherlands) studied biology and educational sciences. He is the father of two children. He worked as a school teacher, a manager in Dutch Telecom, partner in a consultancy firm and founded the Dutch Bert Hellinger Institute in 2000. He also founded the Noorderlicht publishers, organized many conferences and wrote 6 books. Founder of TeamConnect. He has worked in over 30 countries.
