Welcome to a journey of self-discovery, expression, and connection!
My name is Juhan. After many years of guiding breathwork journeys, I've started with a new niche where I combine breath, movement, meditation, and self-reflection.
My background includes training in Biodynamic Breathwork, Rebirthing Breathwork, Healing Tao, MER bodywork, Coaching, Reiki, Sauna Rituals and a range of body-based and mindfulness-oriented practices.
I've brought together my favorite practices into one experience, which I lovingly call "A Journey."
It's a combination I haven't come across anywhere else in the world. I believe it has the potential to help every participant reconnect deeply with themselves.
Over the years, I've also experimented with offering these experiences online, but for me, it's simply not the same.
The reason I want to continue creating these journeys in person is because of:

• Community
• Sharing these practices together
So, after a long break, I'd love to invite you back to a journey that I affectionately call "A Journey" because it brings together all of my favorite practices:

11:45–12:00 — Writing Your Life Script (Conscious Creation)
The intention of this journey is to cultivate a loving connection between your body and your soul. Its purpose is connection.
Another intention is to allow shame to dissolve. Shame is one of the least explored human emotions, yet it quietly shapes so much of how we live and express ourselves.
The Dance Journey moves through different rhythms and emotions, creating space to release tension, emotions, and blockages stored within the body.
Please bring a notebook for the journaling practice at the end. If you forget, don't worry—we'll have paper and pens available for everyone.
