Mari Haavisto, Sus+Com Agency
Mari Haavisto is the founder and CEO of Sus+Com Agency. She has had a long career as a journalist, including working as a political journalist for MTV News. Over the past ten years, she has held various leadership positions in the media and communications sector, such as Executive Producer of SuomiAreena, Head of Content Business at Mediahub, and Director of Communications and Sustainability at the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK).
For the past seven years, Mari has also worked extensively with sustainability issues, addressing themes of social responsibility in public debate as well as in working life. She currently serves on the board of World Vision Finland and TYK Foundation.
Mari is the mother of an energetic 4-year old and loves spending time at her small lakeside cottage.
Martin Goroško, Estonian Business Angels
Martin Goroško is the Head of Business Development at Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol, where over the past 15 years, Martin has worked closely with over 100 high-tech startups and scale-ups, helping them refine their business models, enhance their investment readiness, and accelerate growth. He often acts as a hands-on mentor and prefers to engage early with startups—many of which are in their first investment rounds. Martin is also a member of the Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN) and has acted as a lead investor in syndicates.

MARLEQ is a leading global marketplace for professionals and career coaches with 1,100+ clients from 80+ countries. MARLEQ were among the ten companies that were selected to go through the full Zebra ScaleUp Program in 2024–2025.
Kirsi Ihalainen, Tuntu
TUNTU creates immersive soundscapes that resonate with the body and mind. Their products combine advanced acoustic engineering with the pure, unpolished sounds of Finnish nature, creating an auditory experience that relaxes and rejuvenates. Tuntu were among the ten companies that were selected to go through the full Zebra ScaleUp program in 2024–2025.

About the Bootcamp
The Bootcamp is a two-day growth sprint in Helsinki (October 30–31), followed by online workshops from November to January. During the program, you will get:
• practical tools and knowledge to scale your business,
• guidance from experienced mentors,
• a clear growth strategy and action plan.
At the end of January, a pitch competition will take place, where the 10 best companies will be selected to receive up to six months of personalized one-on-one mentoring to accelerate their business growth even further.
