Introduction to Jim Knipe's EMDR Toolbox - two three hour workshops'

Deepen your EMDR practice with an introduction to Jim Knipe’s EMDR Toolbox — including Ovals, Loving Eyes, CIPOS, BotHS, working with defences LOUA, LOPA, and working with the Shame, working with the 3 lists (attachment trauma) — plus my Spiritual Loving Eyes protocol for blocked grief. This experiential workshop includes guided practice to help you integrate these techniques with confidence and skill.

This workshop is suitable for EMDR therapists who have completed their Basic training, parts 1-3 and above.

Sonya Farrell is an Integrative Psychotherapist and EMDR Consultant in private practice, based in East Anglia. She has worked in supervision with Dr. Jim Knipe for many years, drawing deeply from his clinical expertise and innovative approach to trauma work. With Dr Knipe’s permission, Sonya now continues his legacy by teaching and developing his methods for working with complex trauma and dissociation. Her workshop brings together years of experience, clinical insight, and a compassionate understanding of how to support clients in their healing journeys.
