Sound Therapy and Sound Healing Sessions in May

Sunday 3. May - Sunday 31. May

Tatari 64, 5th floor (TRÜKIKODA), room 521, Tallinn

Sound Healing Sessions

Sound healing sessions in May offer a unique author’s approach to working with sound, combining the BAST method (British Academy of Sound Therapy).

During the session, instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drum, meditation chimes, and percussion are used. Vocal improvisations and mantras from Hindu and Buddhist traditions are also included.

This is both a creative and a structured approach to creating a sound environment that supports inner balance, reduces anxiety, and improves overall well-being.

Sound Therapy Sessions
The method of the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) is based on scientific research and practice: after just four regular sessions, you may begin to notice meaningful changes — more calm, energy, and clarity.

Sound vibrations gently move through the body, helping to release tension, reduce anxiety, and restore balance.

The sessions include deep relaxation, guided reflection, support for better sleep, and energy restoration. They feature sound baths with crystal and Tibetan bowls, as well as gong sessions and other therapeutic instruments. Each session is unique and takes into account the needs of the group. With regular attendance, you experience a cumulative effect and a noticeable improvement in overall well-being.

The sessions are led by Irina Laidinen, founder of a sound therapy and yoga studio in Tallinn. Certified practitioner of the British Academy of Sound Therapy. Vocalist and researcher of sound through Hindu and Buddhist traditions.
