After years of playing and writing music in local bands, Jamie has embarked on his new solo project: Hot Shoe - now with a full band helping bring his vision to life. This endeavour marks his first time taking centre stage as a singer-songwriter, playing songs he's written over the span of almost 10 years through love, heartbreak, mourning and happiness. With a fusion of indie, folk, and post-punk influences, Hot Shoe takes inspiration from artists like Kurt Vile, Crosby, Stills and Nash, and the Black Keys.
