A. Teppo Accordion Farm
The second day of the festival will start with morning tales from 7:00 to 8:30 at the August Teppo Accordion Farm. Exciting stories will be told by Hendrik Relve and Lauri Õunapuu. Koka Farm will offer a morning snack to all guests.
Hendrik Relve defines himself as a nature enthusiast, traveler, and writer. Having traveled extensively across all continents for decades, he has gathered a wealth of knowledge, observations, and experiences about the worl’'s nature and people. He has created several photo exhibitions, spoken in the media, and published books on these topics. His most recent works include “The Touch of the Stone Age” (2017), which tells the story of the Korowai, an indigenous people of New Guinea, and “The Most Magnificent Animals of My Life” (2020), which discusses animals around the world.
Lauri Õunapuu calls himself a “pocket folklorist”. According to him, this is not quite like a traditional folklorist but someone who engages with folklore as a hobby, using material primarily stored in his “pockets” – his mind. Lauri gladly shares the contents of his pockets with anyone interested, always finding a song or story to give back to listeners – gifting what he has received from tradition bearers.
