Holistic Batik Painting Workshop
In conjunction with the exhibition currently on display at Kaja Kultuurikeskus, artist Ouddhena Teern is hosting a holistic batik painting workshop.
Batik is an ancient wax-resist dyeing technique where every line and flow of colour comes to life in a calm, mindful and intuitive way. In this workshop you will learn to use the tools and paint your own one-of-a-kind piece on an organic fabric.
The session is designed for relaxation and reconnecting with yourself. No previous drawing or painting experience is needed.
