Join us on Thursday, the 27th of March 2025, at 20:30 for the Hello spring beer pong tournament & party, where good vibes, great music, and unbeatable drink deals come together for an unforgettable night.

Hosted at the lively Kampus Food pop-up night pub (Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana), this event is your perfect chance to celebrate the arrival of spring with an epic party and a high-energy beer pong tournament! 🪩

Beer pong lovers, this is your moment! 🍻 Grab your partner and register your duo in advance for the doubles-only beer pong tournament. Spots are limited, so make sure to sign up through one of the listed application methods before the event. Team check-in at the venue starts at 20:30, so be on time and ready to compete!

BEER PONG TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

All of the information on how to successfully participate at the beer pong tournament will be sent to your email address after you have booked your ticket.

Event venue: Kampus Food, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana
Event schedule:
20:30 - Kampus Food opens its doors
20:30 - 20:55 - beer pong tournament participant check-in
21:00 - start of the beer pong tournament

Team application: Only one (1) team member needs to register for the tournament. The team consists of two (2) players, as it is a doubles competition. The registration fee includes both team members in the price.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The organisation of the beer pong tournament for the whole team (2 players) and the needed beer for the whole competition.

The entrance to the party (for everyone not competing in the tournament) is FREE OF CHARGE the whole night!

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY

For your application to be processed, you must first settle thetournament costs! You can find all the necessary information on how to do so by contacting us at our events email address [email protected] or by checking the available options below. 📬

DISCOUNTED PRICE: 10,50 EUR with the Ljubljana Erasmus discount card

FULL PRICE: 15,50 EUR without the Ljubljana Erasmus discount card

The additional Fienta transaction fee of 0,50 EUR is already included in the price.
