The end of November is a natural time for cleansing.
A dance that lets the old fall away — like leaves from the trees — to make space for new breath.

Our HeartBeat dance family still remembers that magical moment last summer when DJ Ekva took us on a silent disco journey during Aire’s birthday dance marathon — barefoot on the beach sand, eyes on the horizon, hearts beating with the sunset. That magic stayed with us.
Now we bring that same vibration back to life — this time indoors, by candlelight, to the rhythm of autumn. Our bodies are ready to move, hearts open to listen.
Ekva will create a sound journey that invites you to meet yourself — at the edge of light and shadow, flow and stillness, warmth and coolness. Movement as a reflection of what lives within us right now.
When it’s dark outside, we bring light from within.

The music carries you, and you can follow your own rhythm.
Sometimes the dance journey is deep and introspective, sometimes it’s magical co-creation, sometimes it’s pure joy of movement!
Dancing together in one space creates a wordless synergy — loneliness melts, and sadness softens.
How does the journey unfold?
HeartBeat dances are complete journeys with a shared beginning and end.
A gentle guided warm-up helps you ground into your body, then we gradually lift off (and yes, it really can feel like flying!).
In the final part, we allow what happened to echo within — that quiet afterglow is one of the most beautiful states to experience.
Substance-free, talk-free, and phone-free event
To create a supportive and safe space for all dancers, we have a few agreements:
No prior dance experience is needed — bring your friends!
We dance without alcohol or substances, and we don’t talk in the dance space, so everyone can stay on their own journey, which can sometimes be deep and tender.
Please keep it phone-free — no filming or photos, so we can all be truly present and authentic.
Bring your own water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. The room is warm.
We dance barefoot or in socks.
