This workshop is designed for girls aged 7 to 14 years, and aims to celebrate and reignite a passion for natural hair. Our objective is to educate young girls about the versatility of their natural hair and how to care for it, regardless of whether it is kinky, coily, mixed , or afro-textured.
We recognize that maintaining natural hair can often be frustrating, time-consuming, and challenging. However, during this workshop, we will provide basic essential tips to help girls overcome these hurdles, and grow a love for their hair. Participants will learn effective techniques for hydration and moisturization, protective styling, and simplifying wash days and daily maintenance. They will also have the opportunity to practice parting and detangling hair on styling dolls, among other activities. It is vital to support, encourage, and empower our young girls to embrace the beauty of their natural hair.
For a modest fee of 50 euros, participants will receive hair care tools, educational materials, snacks, and a certificate of participation. Please note that seats are limited, so we encourage early booking. A deposit of 25 euros will secure your place, with the remaining 25 euros due on the day of the event. Cash only.
Let's learn together!
