This practical workshop helps gain clarity and enhance power through the methods we’ve perfected by helping hundreds of founders and leaders reach new heights. You will be working with other founders on your real-life challenges.

During the session, you will work with others to:

• analyze challenges and find their root causes,
• gain more clarity about what is holding you back,
• solve challenges faster,
• and make sounder decisions.

This event is primarily for co-founders, leaders, and managers of startups and scale-ups. The workshop is in 3 tracks for a tailored experience. You should come if you are facing challenges in one of these tracks:

Track 1: Increase sales.
Revenue is the best source of funding at all times but especially during an economic downturn. Work with people to uncover what’s blocking your sales while gaining clarity about the next steps forward.

Track 2: Get unstuck.
We sometimes get stuck with a matter at hand and even AI fails to answer. Happens to everyone. But bear in mind that one is stuck only as long as he fails to see the next step. This track focuses on practical next steps and willingness to execute it.

Track 3: Increase team performance.
Building a business is working with people and as a leader, your actions can enable or block their performance. This track is focused on team challenges and increasing their performance by becoming an enabling leader.
