Join us for a delightful and hands-on experience led by the our own charismatic Italian mentor, Carlo. In this unique workshop, we blend the joys of gardening with the art and science of making the perfect pizza.
Under Carlo's expert guidance, you'll learn the secrets of cultivating fresh herbs and vegetables in your own garden. But that's not all! Carlo will also take you on a journey through the fascinating world of pizza science. From selecting the finest ingredients to mastering the art of dough-making and pizza assembly, you'll uncover the principles behind crafting the ultimate pizza masterpiece.
Don't forget to bring along your favorite pizza toppings to add a personal touch to your culinary creation.

The workshop will be held in English with a bit of Italian!
