Join us for a hands on climate and biodiversity event aimed at equipping you with the tools to better understand your local woodland through citizen science.
You'll take part in a workshop demonstrating the Woodland Condition Assessment designed specifically for Kilsture by woodland ecogolists Dr Petra Guy and phd sudent Julija Fediajevaite and carried out by volunteers this summer. Learn how to observe, measure, and record ecological data and contribute to meaningful local conservation efforts.
Family friendly: While you're out exploring, your child can join Forest School with experienced practitioners Toni and Pauline, who will guide their own woodland investigations and nature based play.
(For children aged 5-12 years old, Booking Essential)
