AYON Summit 2026

The AYON Summit is back in Prague on 28 and 29 May 2026. If you’ve been meaning to spend proper time with the pipeline community, swap notes with other studios, and get closer to the AYON team and roadmap, this is the moment to lock it in. Tickets are on sale now, and we genuinely recommend booking early.

Early bird pricing runs until 31 March 2026. Workshop spaces are limited to 50 people, and those spots went fast last time, so avoid missing out by securing your tickets.

Day 1 - AYON workshops - 28 May

The first day will go beyond coding, by offering a variety of workshops for all levels. We’ll work directly with all the participants ahead of the event to help define which topics to tackle on the day so the topics are relevant and are catered for a variety of needs. Those with a workshop ticket will get access to a private Discord channel where we’ll organise the whole day together.

Fed and watered, this day is for those who want a closer involvement with the AYON team. Just bring good vibes, and we’ll supply the pipeline with endless coffee and lunch!

9:00 - Opening remarks and moderated networking

A chance to meet all of the participants and get to know each other with an ice-breaker.

10:00 - First workshop block

Split into multiple smaller teams you'll work on hands-on problems with AYON developers and support teams. Specific topics will be narrowed down based on participants interest closer to the event and on the day depending on the final mix of people.

13:00 - Buffet lunch is served (included in your pass)

14:00 - Re-group with second workhop block

17:00 - Wrap-up with presentations of what was achieved

18:00 - End of day 1

Day 2 - AYON conference - 29 May

Join us for a day dedicated to production, pipeline, and technology in animation and VFX, featuring keynotes, presentations, and group discussions about creative workflows and a sneak peek into the latest in AYON’s roadmap. Speak to the community about leveraging pipelines in studio projects, and engage with the AYON development team in discussions about its future trajectory. Enjoy food and drinks throughout the day, culminating in a closing reception with an open bar.
