About Yugeneration
Yugeneration is Yugen’s non-profit project. For every bottle or can sold, 2 cents goes to the foundation. Our mission is to reconnect people with nature — while helping to restore it at the same time.
The name says it all: YUGENeration. Yugen is a Japanese concept — the sense of wonder you experience when faced with the beauty of nature. That moment when the vastness of the world around you gives you goosebumps.
We believe that people who truly experience nature are more likely to take care of it. That’s why Yugeneration funds free nature experiences in collaboration with strong local organizations. This time, we’re exploring the power of contrast together with CØLD: heat, cold and breathwork, surrounded by nature.
Discover the power of hot and cold
Contrast therapy is all about consciously alternating between heat and cold, combined with breathwork.
During this session, a CØLD gusmaster will guide you through three rounds of sauna and cold plunge. In the sauna, heat, essential oils, music and guided breathwork help you slow down and become fully present. Then comes the cold: a short plunge to awaken both body and mind.
Heat and cold. Effort and relaxation. Breathing and letting go.
A guided 75-minute ritual to get out of your head and reconnect with your body. No experience needed — all you have to do is show up and let yourself be guided.
About our partner: CØLD
CØLD is Belgium’s first energy recharge club, founded by three brothers with one simple idea: helping people consciously recharge.
Their method combines sauna, cold plunge and breathwork into a guided experience for both body and mind.
From their home base in Leuven, CØLD is building a community around slowing down, exploring your limits and rediscovering your energy.
For Yugeneration, they’re bringing their CØLD Saunagus outdoors, right into nature.
What can you expect?
A guided 75-minute reset, built around three rounds.
Each round consists of:
🔥 12 minutes of sauna
A CØLD gusmaster guides the session using heat, essential oils, music and breathwork.
❄️ Cold plunge
Between each sauna round, you’ll step into the ice bath. A short moment of cold to focus, breathe consciously and reset.
🌬️ Breathwork
Throughout the experience, your breath is used to help you consciously navigate the transition between hot and cold.
We repeat this for three rounds.
You don’t need any previous experience with ice baths, breathwork or saunagus. CØLD will guide you through everything step by step.
