Nia 5 Stages: Natural Movement and Self-Care
This class is for those who want to prioritize self-care and learn to listen more deeply to their body’s needs. You will create the conditions where natural movement begins from within — where your body naturally wants to move, without force or effort.
This practice is for you if:
· You want to bring the sensation of pleasure back into your life and expand your range of sensory awareness.
· You experience chronic fatigue or pain and find it difficult to truly relax and rest.
· You want to learn how to better care for your body and put your well-being first.
· You are returning to movement after a long break, an injury, or illness.
About the Method:
The human body developed its functions through five basic stages: from rolling on the floor and crawling to finding vertical balance. Nia 5 Stages is more than just a movement class; it is a dedicated practice for Self-Recovery and Self-Healing. By returning to these developmental roots, you teach your body how to restore its natural mobility, improve health, and eliminate chronic pain by moving in "The Body's Way".
The Result:
Despite the outward simplicity of the movements, you will quickly notice a shift. Your posture becomes more aligned, and you will feel a rare combination of deep relaxation and internal structure.
Do you have any physical limitations or areas of pain? Let me know, and I will show specific adaptations tailored for your needs during the class.
