This retreat is informed by somatic trauma awareness, breathwork, conscious relating, nervous system-informed practices, and selected tantric traditions.

Here, tantra is not approached as a path of sexual exploration.

Instead, it is approached as a path of presence.

A path of embodiment.

A path of intimate connection with oneself and life.

Because before intimacy becomes sexual, it is fundamentally relational.

The relationship we have with ourselves becomes the foundation for every other relationship we create.

The remaining balance can be paid in installments according to a mutually agreed payment plan.
