Across a rich catalogue spanning three full-length albums, numerous EPs and collaborative projects, Priori has built a world where science fiction, fantasy and electronic music seamlessly intertwine. His productions inhabit the space between the organic and the synthetic, the real and the imagined, unfolding through intricate rhythmic patterns, crystalline melodies and microscopic sonic detail. The result is dance music that is immersive, deeply textured and emotionally resonant.
Beyond his work as a producer, Priori is also a highly sought-after mixing engineer, collaborating with artists including James K, Bambii, Maara, Ex-Terrestrial, Roza Terenzi, D. Tiffany, Regular Fantasy, Ramzi, URA and many more. As one half of NAFF Recordings and the Jump Source recording studio, Francis continues to shape the evolution of underground electronic music both in Canada and internationally.
Released on May 30, 2024, This but More marks Priori's third full-length album. Stepping away from the dancefloor, the record explores a more introspective territory, weaving electronic compositions with acoustic instrumentation and spectral processing. Accompanied by a booklet of stories by Devon Hansen and animated visuals by Jack Anderson, the album expands Priori's universe beyond sound into a fully immersive audiovisual experience.
