Following the success of our first seminar, She Means Business returns for its second edition, bringing together an inspiring lineup of women who are shaping brands, leading organizations, and driving real impact across industries.
This edition features Regina Soop, Kris Leinatamm, Kristina Mustonen, Liis Veersalu, and Reet Kivi, each bringing a distinct perspective from leadership, marketing, entrepreneurship, and international business.
Regina Soop
Regina brings over 16 years of experience in PR, marketing, and social media. She has worked with both global names and leading local brands, shaping strong narratives and impactful campaigns. With her background in media and communication, Regina is known for turning ideas into influence and helping brands stand out in a crowded world.
Kris Leinatamm
Kris specializes in training and coaching individuals and teams in effectiveness and personal growth. With nearly 30 years of experience across roles from assistant to CEO and industries ranging from hospitality to educatiozn and entrepreneurship, she understands how organizations and people really work. She is known for her solution‑driven mindset, energetic presence, and ability to inspire audiences to explore their potential, rethink their habits, and unlock the effectiveness needed to fully realize their strengths.
Kristina Mustonen
A results‑driven business leader, Kristina has built her career from an assistant role to CEO in just over a decade. Her experience spans multiple industries, where she has led organizations through growth, transformation, and strategic change. Most recently, she served as CEO of Arco Vara, focusing on long‑term strategy and value creation.
Liis Veersalu
Liis is a strategic marketing and communications leader with broad experience in building brands, leading commercial campaigns and shaping cross-market marketing direction. As Head of Group Marketing & Communications at Sportland International Group, she leads group-level marketing strategy across multiple markets, connecting brand, retail and communication into a clear commercial vision. With previous experience at Starship Technologies, Eesti Energia, national-level digital initiatives and strategic communications, Liis combines strategic thinking with clear storytelling to turn complex ideas into meaningful action.
Reet Kivi
Reet Kivi is the Founder of Business Galerii, a strategic connector between Estonia and the Middle East, with 8 years of experience living and working in Dubai. She has supported numerous entrepreneurs and companies in entering the UAE market, helping them build their first business contacts and navigate cultural landscapes.
With a background in international banking, tourism, and fashion, Reet combines global insight with storytelling and relationship-building. Alongside her work, she leads a passion project representing Bateel International’s premium date brand Jomara in the Baltics.
