Duration: 4 sessions over 4 consecutive days (total of 7 hours).
Format: In-person sessions in Tallinn, Estonia.
The course is taught in English.
Day 1: 1 hour 1-to-1 session with Elena (you chose your time)
She will give you your personal sound and guide you in your first meditation session.
Day 2, 3, 4: 2 hours each day in a relaxed group setting
Each session gently supports you in growing into a confident meditator.
Weâll meditate together, refine your practice, and explore how stress impacts the mind and bodyâwhile learning timeless Vedic wisdom to inspire a life of ease, flow, and creative connection.

Elena is the founder and teacher at Sakura Meditation. Originally from Romania, she transitioned from a career in software engineering to teaching meditation in Tallinn, Estonia. Her journey into meditation began over five years ago during a challenging period marked by severe joint inflammation and emotional distress. Discovering Vedic meditation was a turning pointâher physical pain subsided, anxieties diminished, sleep improved, and a renewed joy for life emerged. â
Elena's dedication led her to intensive training, including a three-month teacher training in Tamil Nadu, India, and multiple courses with renowned teachers from Mahasoma and Beeja. Her background in engineering fuels her passion for understanding the science behind meditation. She continues to expand her knowledge through courses like "Understanding the Brain: The Neurobiology of Everyday Life" at The University of Chicago. â
Elena is committed to sharing these life-changing tools with others, offering courses primarily in Tallinn, but also traveling to teach in Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and across Europe. â
