Esmaspäevane praktika on liikumise- ja tantsuhuvilistele, kes soovivad avastada ja praktiseerida kontaktimprovisatsiooni tehnikaid ja lähenemisviise kogenud juhendajate abiga. Oodatud on nii alles alustavad harrastajad kui ka kogenud tantsijad. Kontaktimpro on hea täiendus erinevatele liikumispraktikatele nagu jooga, paaristantsud, võitluskunstid jne.
Jämmides osalemine eeldab eelnevat kogemust, nagu ntks meie tundides osalemine!

Kas pean tulema oma partneriga?
EI! Partneri leiame tunnis, seega tulla võib üksi, ehkki soovitame kutsuda ka sõpru, sest mida rohkem meid on, seda põnevam tund saab olema.

Kas võin veel ühineda kui avastasin alles nüüd teie tunnid?
JAH, võid julgelt ühineda ja ei pea muretsema - igas tunnis seletatakse harjutusi lahti. 🙂

Ma olen huvitatud, aga ei tea kui tihti saan osaleda, kas võin tulla ainult vahel?
Jah, tunnid on avatud ka üksiku nn drop-in osalusega. Parima, tervikliku kogemuse saab tundidest ikka järjepidevalt osaledes, aga kui mõni tund jääb vahele - pole hullu. Soovitame soojalt meie 6 korra osaluskaarti, mille kasutamiseks on aega aasta lõpuni (ei pea järjest osalema).

At TantsuRUUM: Hobujaama 12, 1st floor, Eesti Tantsuagentuur
It's next to Vapiano, on the side of the bus park. The entrance is the same as Dance Act, but to find us in ETA you have to come up the stairs one floor!

T O W H O ?
The class is open to all levels of dance or other movement practitioners. The jams require previous experience, for example, attending our classes.

F A Q:
Do I have to come with my partner?
No! We partner up in the class, so you can come alone. We do recommend inviting friends as well, because the more of us there are, the more exciting the class could be.

Can I still join if I just discovered your classes?
YES, you can still join - the exercises are explained in each lesson. 🙂

I'm interested, but I don't know how often I can participate, can I only come sometimes?
YES, the classes are also open for single, drop-in participation. We do recommend attending the classes regularly to really get the best, full experience from the classes. If you do miss a few times, it's okay - for example, we offer a flexible 6-time participation card, which can be used until the end of the year.

P a r t i c i p a t i o n : To purchase through Fienta, choose a date first and then click OSTA PILET! Then choose your ticket type and scroll down to click EDASI. Follow with contact and payment info and all’s good!

PS: The pass is valid til the end of the year, you don't need to attend successively, we just keep count until you've attended the 6 times.

*Discount to students and ETTL members (Estonian Union of Dance Art and Dance Education)

Contact Improv classes and jams are also included in the TantsuRUUM season pass, that grants you access to all of our workshops and activities. Price 300 eur / ETTL and students 150 eur. Message us if interested.

We offer free admission to Ukrainian refugees, please message us if interested.
Also, do not hesitate to contact us regarding any other circumstances that make you less able to commit to paying the full price. Perhaps we can work something out!
