a&o Warsaw Wola, Warszawa
FRIDAY 25 SEPTEMBER
Warsaw Meets the World
18:30–18:55
Kinga Malewska & ensemble
This does not necessarily need its own ticket event if it is only included in the Friday/Weekend Pass.
Description
Impact Fest begins with an original ensemble performance created for the festival. Theatre, movement, music and international voices come together in a celebration of Warsaw as a city where people, cultures and artistic languages meet.
Spark and Connections
18:55–19:10
Ola Chodasz
Also fine as part of the Friday Pass rather than a separately sold ticket.
Description
Right after the opening performance, Ola Chodasz brings the room together. Meet & Spark is a warm, playful session designed to break the ice, help people connect and turn a room of strangers into a festival community. For over 20 years she is facilitating networking and collaboration workshops across corporate, education, culture and public sectors. She combines her specialization in Applied DRAMA with knowledge about a nervous system, group processes, communication and cooperation. She is a fun of playfulness and Playback Theatre.
International Welcome Showcase
19:10–20:00
Artists:
Christian Winther
Masha Nikitina
Jerry the Psycho
Description
Three international performers open the festival with three very different perspectives.

Rather than one style repeated three times, the Welcome Showcase gives audiences an immediate taste of the range of Impact Fest: performance, character, storytelling and comedy from artists arriving in Warsaw from different backgrounds.
FRIDAY BONUS: Stay after the shows for the Impact Fest Opening Night After Party with DJ MiRa , from 22:35.
Language: English
Genre: International showcase / comedy / performance
