We're going to take things back to our roots. That is, our Root Chakra, as well as the Sacral and Solar Plexus.
It's partially a somatic experience in which your body tells you exactly what it needs in order to expel energy and how to put things back where they need to go.

What to Expect:
The whole session is going to consist of the same, repeated drum music, as I, your host, Anna-Maria, Witch of Tallinn, will guide you through each phase of our interpretive dancing.
Your moves are your own! At some moment, I will let you know what we are working with, e.g. "And now we are going to focus on the Root" and I might give you certain creative boxes to interpret your dance with.
Expect a room full of people vibing with their own energy, as you, too, work with your body. It's not exactly ecstatic dancing — more like meditative dancing.
Who is this for?
Anyone who feels like they would love to bust a move and feel less anxious, more confident. If you've felt like a champagne bottle about to erupt, this is a good form of release and detox. And if you're someone who'd rather meditate on their feet!
