Fine5 Tantsuteatri uuslavastus „ET RÄNNATA ÜKSTEISE ELUDES“
koosneb kahest osast:

Esimene soolo „Show Me the Steep and Thorny Way to Heaven“ on Marta Jamsja ja Israel Bañuelose ühislooming, mis on lugu transformatsioonist. Keset udu ja pimedust kohtab Marta Opheliat ta viimastes hingetõmmetes, mil ta valmistub sellest ilmast lahkuma. Shakespeare arvas, et peika (Hamlet) ja isa vahelised konfliktid on Ophelia jaoks väljakannatamatud. Oh, kui vääralt ta hindas naise iseloomu. Selles lavastuses kingib osatäitja iseendale võimaluse olla nii aus, nii tõeline ja nii metsik, kui üks päriselt olla võib. Selles uduses kogemuses kohtuvad Marta ja Ophelia hinged, et rännata üksteise eludes ning unistada paremast tulevikust.

Marta Jamsja omandas koreograafia eriala Tallinna Ülikoolis (2019) ning lõpetas tantsu eriala Antwerpeni Riiklikus Konservatooriumis (2023) . Lavastus „Show me the Steep and Thorny Way to Heaven" on valminud diplomitöö osana Antwerpenis.

Õhtu teine osa on USA koreograafi Rosanna Gamsoni ja Fine5-i esimene koostöö „QUARTETS“.
Koreograaf Rosanna Gamsoni projekt QUARTETS on inspireeritud Olivier Messiaeni tuntud „Kvartetist aegade lõpule“. Messiaeni teos esietendus 1941. aastal Sileesias Stalag sõjavangilaagris, kus helilooja vangina viibis. Kvarteti instrumentaariumi määrasid käepärast olevad instrumendid ja esinejad. Muusika viitab Ilmutusraamatule ja inglitele, kus kuulutasid maailmalõppu. Meie praegusel pimedal ajastul kujutleb Gamson kaasaegseid ingleid väsinud ja mahajäetud klounidena, kes tungivalt hoiatavad inimesi, kes neid aga enam ei kuule. Gamsoni ja Messiaeni uuendusliku ja kõlava töö eesmärgiks on leida lootust, vastupidavust ja inspiratsiooni ka kõige pimedamal ajal. Gamson lavastab Messiaeni teose erinevaid osi maailma eri paigus: nii esietendus teose esimene osa koreograafi kodulinnas Los Angeleses, järgneva osa aga näiteks Mexico City maineka tantsukompanii Contradanza tellimustööna. Sel sügisel toob Gamson Tallinnas Fine5 Tantsuteatriga välja kaks osa muusikateosest.

Fine5 Dance Theatre's new production "ET RÄNNATA ÜKSTEISE ELUDES" ("TO TRAVEL IN EACH OTHER'S LIVES");

"TO TRAVEL IN EACH OTHER'S LIVES" consists of two different parts:
The first solo "Show Me the Steep and Thorny Way to Heaven" is a joint creation of Marta Jamsja and Israel Bañuelos, which is a story of transformation. Amidst the fog and darkness, Marta meets Ophelia in her last breaths as she prepares to leave this world. Shakespeare thought that the conflicts between the groom (Hamlet) and the father are unbearable for Ophelia. Oh, how he misjudged her character. In this production, the dancer gives herself the opportunity to be as honest, as real and as wild as one can really be. In this hazy experience, the souls of Marta and Ophelia meet to wander each other's lives and dream of a better future.

Marta Jamsja majored in choreography at Tallinn University (2019) and is currently finishing the dance major at the Antwerp State Conservatory. The play Show me the Steep and Thorny Way to Heaven was created in Antwerp.

The second part of the evening "QUARTETS" is the first collaboration between US choreographer Rosanna Gamson and Fine5 Dance Theatre.
Choreographer Rosanna Gamson's project QUARTETS is inspired by Olivier Messiaen's well-known "Quartet for the End of Time". Messiaen's work was premiered in 1941 at the Stalag POW camp in Silesia, where the composer was a prisoner. The quartet's instrumentation was determined by the instruments at hand and the performers. The music refers to the Book of Revelation and the angels announcing the end of the world. In our present dark age, Gamson imagines modern angels as tired and abandoned clowns, urgently warning people who no longer hear them. Gamson and Messiaen's innovative and resonant work aims to find hope, resilience and inspiration even in the darkest of times.
Gamson directs different parts of Messiaen's work in different parts of the world: the first part of the work was premiered in the choreographer's hometown in Los Angeles, while the next part was commissioned by, for example, the prestigious dance company Contradanza in Mexico City. This fall, Gamson will choreograph two parts of the "Quartet" with Fine5 Dance Theater in Tallinn.
