DINNER CLUB: Barbarea x TULUM NIGHT

Biblioteq Dinner Club uus hooaeg saab tulise alguse! Värvilise sügise tuultes kohtuvad meie järgmisel õhtusöögil särtsakad maitsed Mehhikost, restoran Barbarea koos chefide Kenneth Karjase & Laura Sillaotsaga ning eksootilised rütmid Tulumist.

Kärtsu ja särtsu on meie vaoshoitud põhjamaalaste ellu ju ikka tarvis! Midagi, mis vere vemmeldama lööks ja õige pisut kõrvust tuld purskama paneks. Restorani Barbarea ja Karjase Saia asutaja ja peakokk Kenneth Karjane ja palju reisinud ning eri maailma otstes köögid vallutanud Laura Sillaots, teavad täpselt, kuidas meie argipäeva värvi, põnevust ja eksootikat tuua!
Olles mõlemad Ladina-Ameerikas aega veetnud ja selle lõbusasse, värvilisse ja positiivsesse elustiili ja kultuuri ära armunud, tunnevad nad, et see stiil peegeldab kõige paremini ka neid, nii iseloomult kui ka toidustiililt. Nüüd on nad kõik reisidelt kaasa võetud ideed kokku kogunud, et saaks Eesti jahedat sügist turgutada ja maha pidada ühe õige Tulumi peo koos plahvatuslike maitsetega.
Õhtusöögi juurde pakume agaavenapse Volcan Tequilat, sealhulgas tuleb esmaesitlusele ja maitsmisele nende täiesti uus toode ning kokteilibaaris lisab õhtule vürtsi Volcan tekiilakokteilide erimenüü. Õhtusöögist peoni aitab meid sujuval sammul DJ Brait Star.

Paketiga kaasneb särtsakas Mehhiko tervitus ehk Volcan Paloma kokteil ning õhtusöögi ajal pakume Volcan Tequila uusi ja põnevaid maitseid.
Kohtade arv on piiratud!

Õhtusöök toimub seltskonniti ümarlaudades. Dinner Clubile kohaselt liigume pärast maitseterännakut sujuvalt üle tantsulisema osa juurde, kus julgustust pakuvad artisan kokteilibaar ja DJ BRAIT STAR’i Tulumi rütmid.

Biblioteq Dinner Club starts the season with some fiery combination of spicy Mexican flavours, colourful Barbarea restaurant with it’s chefs Kenneth Karjane & Laura Sillaots and of course some hot Tulum rythms!

Kenneth Karjane, the founder and head chef of Barbarea and Karjase Sai; and nomad chef Laura Sillaots have travelled a lot, spent some time in Latin America and know exactly how to spice up our cold Nordic fall.
As they both love this cheerful, colourful culture and lifestyle of Latin America, they feel that this way of seeing life and food, is exactly how they would describe themselves and through that also their way of cooking. Now they have gathered some exciting ideas to meet with you and throw a real Tulum party with flavours that will explode in your mouth!
The dinner will be spiced up with some agave drinks, we will introduce a brand new Volcan flavor and of course you will find a special agave drinks list in our cocktail bar. Smoothly, DJ Brait Star will lead us from dinner to Tulum party!

The ticket includes also a Mexican welcome as Volcan Paloma and during the dinner some some Volcan new flavours will be served.
The seats are limited!

The dinner will be held in large round tables of 12 guests. After the dinner we will smoothly move over to the dance part of night where DJ Brait Star takes us to a Tulum party and our cocktail bar welcomes you until early in the morning.
