You may be part of my coaching cohorts, my coaching clients or perhaps you simply want to join for a sitting session with us. Any which way, we are glad you are here!

You are making a great choice in developing mindfulness incrementally by joining a supportive and nurturing practice in community.

• Learn to recognize your Innate Wisdom and Knowledge and to offer yourself Compassion in Times of Challenge: Life often presents us with challenges and times of adversity. Through mindfulness, you will learn to meet these difficulties with kindness and self-compassion. By developing inner space, observations, and the capacity of holding, resilience will grow.

• Take small consistent steps in the company of others: those who know say that personal growth and transformation occurs through consistent small steps. By coming together, we are supporting each other to remain consistent, to be fueled by a shared intention and a shared consciousness of growing mindfulness into our daily lives.

• Personal, online sessions with LIVE people! We can all find meditations online to follow, yet there is a proven difference to gathering in person, even through cyber-space, which influences our experience, our embodiment, and our sense of belonging and connection. And here we can do it from the comfort of our own home connecting to a community in diverse places around the world.

The sessions will combine ancient wisdom with modern insights, each session lasts 45 minutes, providing slight flexibility to allow ample time to delve into each session’s practice and themes. The sessions will have the following structure:

We will begin by introducing the reading of the day, which serves as a guide to consider a particular teaching. This awareness sets the foundation for aligning ourselves with the prevailing energies and gaining deeper insight into our own lives.

An essential aspect of these sessions will revolve around developing gentle and accessible meditative practices. We will explore different approaches to meditation and seek to cultivate through this engagement mindfulness into our everyday moments. Key principles of meditation, including present moment awareness, acceptance, compassion, observation, and release are integrated into each session.

The path of self-cultivation is a path that remains in the present moment, it is a means to being truly in our lives as they present themselves. The knowledge, power, and wisdom of inhabiting our lives live within each one of us. It is with this in mind that we gather to walk and witness ourselves and other on the path of bringing our lives into the light.

Sessions will take place through the Teams platform. You will be obtain the link 24 hours before session begins at the latest.

Practice time during summer 2024: Thursdays/Wednesdays 21-21.45 pm, Eastern European Time.

Prices:

Pay as you go (per session): 25 euros.
One month pass: 75 euros (4 sessions included).
Three-Month Pass: 195 euros (12 sessions included).
Six-Month Pass: 285 euros (24 sessions included).

The sessions are led by Karoliina Sandström (PhD) who is a completive artist, her background is in theatrical training, where she has developed a practice of meditative training and performance for over 15 years. Karoliina has extensive experience of meditation in movement through practices of Mexican Mestizo theatre, which combines principles of actor western actor training, with Buddhist practices and Mexican indigenous traditions.
