Hélène, our talented French cheesemaker right here in Tallinn, crafts these beauties slowly and simply, with so much love. It's like a little hug from France in every bite.

The Classic : soft, creamy, and delicate. Fermented just enough to give it that something you can't quite name but keep coming back for.

The Mustard & Walnuts : bold and textured, with Dijon mustard, whole mustard seeds, walnut pieces, and a touch of sweetness to balance the bite.

The Wild Garlic : homemade wild garlic pesto and lemon juice folded into a silky cashew base. Aromatic and bright.

The Cheddar : sun-dried tomatoes, miso, paprika give this one its depth. Firm, tangy, and layered.
