Get ready for another thrilling dance competition designed for all Kpop enthusiasts! Whether you're an experienced performer or a complete beginner, if you love Kpop and dancing, this event is for you!

Battle of Kpop is a unique 1vs1 dance competition that brings our vibrant community together in a spirit of friendly rivalry. Dancers of all levels are welcome!

⭐️Event Details:

💚Date: 16.11.2024
💚Competition start: 14:00
💚Location: VAT Stuudio (Saku 8, Tallinn)
💚Participation fee: 10€
💚Spectator ticket: 10€
💚Total prize value: 300€ (200€ cash prize + 100€ GLOWSTATION gift card)

⭐️Competition Format:

2 participants will go head-to-head in battle rounds, dancing to a selection of Kpop songs. Each round, dancers will compete, performing either a cover or freestyle routine - or even a mix of both (that is up to the performer). The winner of each round will be chosen based on who delivers the best ✨performance✨. The songs are played in a random order. Competitors cannot choose a certain song during the competition, but can have the opportunity to change the song once. The competition will continue in this knockout style until the final round, where the last two dancers will battle it out for the title of "Winner of Battle of Kpop" and the 300€ main prize.

⭐️Judging Criteria:

Participants will be judged on ✨confidence and presentation skills✨, with an emphasis on idol-like stage presence rather than technical dance knowledge. This means anyone with a passion for Kpop and a flair for performance has a chance to win! 😍

⭐️Additional Information:

💚The competition song list will be completed 16.10 and the order of songs will be randomized during the event to keep the excitement high.
💚The event will be photographed and filmed, so bring your best energy and charisma!
💚Intermediate prizes will also be awarded.
💚Clean indoor shoes or socks must be worn at the event.

Please note that the event takes place in a dance studio, so there will be no formal seating. Participants are welcome to stand or sit on the floor (yoga mats will be provided). For guaranteed seating, you can purchase a Spectator Support Ticket.
