ERP implementation: common mistakes and how to make change work
Thursday 30. April at 10:00 - 11:00 EEST
Online
ERP implementation is not just about a new system. It changes how people work, how processes run, and who is responsible for what.
Many companies focus on the technical side, but the biggest challenges usually come from people, ways of working, and unclear expectations.
In this webinar, we will explain what really happens during ERP change and what you need to pay attention to. We will use simple, real examples to show how changes affect daily work across teams.
We will cover common pitfalls and success factors in change management, with practical examples from real projects.
We will also share insights from ERP change management research by Prosci, combined with practical experience from real projects.
This webinar is for project managers, department managers, process owners, and key users involved in ERP or digital transformation projects.
