EVENT DESCRIPTION

🌟 Join us for the grand finale of the Welcome Weeks at the Erasmus student picnic – an epic gathering to kick off what promises to be an unforgettable semester!

🍔 Savour a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet with a variety of meat, vegetarian, and vegan options, paired with unlimited beer, white wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to keep the good vibes flowing. It’s the perfect chance to fuel up, meet new friends, and start the semester in style!

🏞️ Set in the heart of Ljubljana, the picnic starts at 14:00 and features six hours of fun, laughter, and exciting activities. From lively sports competitions to dancing with others, you’ll have plenty of ways to connect with fellow Erasmus students and create lasting memories.

14:00 - start of the Erasmus picnic
20:00 - end of the Erasmus picnic

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The organisation of the Erasmus student picnic and all of the food and drinks that you will consume during the picnic.

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY
