Get ready for an unforgettable Erasmus experience with a Balkan twist! Join us on Tuesday, the 19th of November 2024, at 20:30 for an epic Erasmus goes Balkan beer pong tournament & party, a thrilling prelude to the biggest Balkan trip ever. Hosted at the lively Kampus food pop-up night pub, located at Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana, this event promises a night filled with great vibes, dynamic tunes, and a chance to make new friends in a lively Erasmus atmosphere.

Calling all beer pong enthusiasts – this is your time to shine! Pick your partner and register your duo for the beer pong tournament! Team registration must be completed beforehand using any of the methods below to secure your spot in this doubles-only competition. Check-in at the venue starts at 20:30 on the night of the event.

In addition to the tournament, you’ll enjoy a mix of party music, with a hint of Balkan tunes to set the mood. Plus, we’ll be offering exclusive Balkan shots like ŠAMAR rakija and ROENER Viljamovka – spirits loved across the Balkans! BEER PONG TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

All of the information on how to successfully participate at the beer pong tournament will be sent to your email address after you have booked your ticket.

Event venue: Kampus Food, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana
Event schedule:
20:30 - Kampus Food opens its doors
20:30 - 20:55 - beer pong tournament participant check-in
21:00 - start of the beer pong tournament

Team application: Only one (1) team member needs to register for the tournament. The team consists of two (2) players, as it is a doubles competition. The registration fee includes both team members in the price.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The organisation of the beer pong tournament for the whole team (2 players) and the needed beer for the whole competition.

The entrance to the party (for everyone not competing in the tournament) is FREE OF CHARGE the whole night!
