The LAST Erasmus party of the year is here! 🎉 Get ready for the ultimate send-off of 2025 with our Erasmus Christmas beer pong party happening on Tuesday, the 16th of December, starting at 20:45 at the Student Kampus. ✨ Expect some Christmas vibes, a festive atmosphere, loads of Erasmus energy and a dance floor ready to go off with our resident DJ Nicky R for one last time this year! 🔥 We’ll also be serving a special Christmas shot to keep the spirit bright. 🎅

It’s also time for the next beer pong tournament, the perfect get together before the holidays hit! 🏆 Pick your partner and register your team in advance to secure your spot, check-in starts at 20:45 on the night of the event. Whether you’re in it to win, dance or just enjoy the atmosphere, this Erasmus Christmas party is not to be missed. 💥

BEER PONG TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Event venue: Kampus Food, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana
Event schedule:
20:45 - Kampus Food opens its doors
20:45 - 20:55 - beer pong tournament participant check-in
21:00 - start of the beer pong tournament

Team application: Only one (1) team member needs to register for the tournament. The team consists of two (2) players, as it is a doubles competition. The registration fee includes both team members in the price.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The beer pong registration fee covers both players in the team and all the beer needed for the entire tournament.

Entry to the party is completely free for everyone who is not competing in the tournament.

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY
