1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
2. Age & ID Requirements
This event is strictly 18+. Valid photo identification (passport, driving licence, or government-issued ID) must be presented upon entry.
Failure to provide valid ID will result in denied entry without a refund.
3. Event Changes & Cancellations
The date, time, and venue of the Event may be changed where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of postponement, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4. Right to Refuse Entry & Code of Conduct
The event organisers and the venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for reasons including but not limited to:
Failure to comply with venue policies,
Disruptive, aggressive, or illegal behaviour
Excessive intoxication or failure to comply with responsible drinking policies
Lack of valid identification
Attendees who are removed or denied entry will not be entitled to a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Organisers accept no liability for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Personal injury, unless caused by negligence on the part of the Organisers or venue
Cancellation or disruption due to circumstances beyond our control
6. Third-Party Services & Vendors
The Event may include services provided by third-party vendors (e.g., entertainment, catering, photography). The Organisers accept no responsibility for the actions, services, or terms of these third parties.
Any issues regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant vendor.
7. Photography, Videography & Media Consent
Professional photography and videography may take place at the Event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organiser in writing before the event.
8. Dietary & Allergy Considerations
Guests are advised to request and communicate any dietary requirements in advance to ensure suitable options are available. If unsure about any ingredients or allergens, please speak to a member of staff on the night, who will be able to provide guidance and direct you to the appropriate options.
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9. Lost Property & Personal Belongings
The Organisers and venue do not accept liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Attendees are responsible for their own valuables at all times.
10. Force Majeure
The Organisers shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather conditions
Venue closure or safety concerns
Strikes, lockdowns, or transport disruptions
Government-imposed restrictions (e.g., public health measures)
