Elsi Sloan is a young queer musician and actor whose soul oozes tender and fragile, yet fierce and poignant artpop. Singing loud and powerful, Elsi's lyrics recount experiences of identity construction, finding the subjective and universal truths of love, and the crises that have coloured their journey. Elsi will be joined on stage by drummer Vilho Louhivuori and bass artist Saara Mänttäri. Each live performance by Elsi Sloan is always its own unique musical adventure. Elsi released their debut album “Pakko Muuttua” in 2023, an album that explores change throughout. Thematically, the album depicts the artist's journey from Mormonism through coming out of the closet to intoxicating freedom. The album delves into darker shades, reflecting the constant upheaval of society and the presence of serious crises.

A collective of seven talented Helsinki-based musicians, VIMMA, writes music about the climate crisis, the relationship with nature and the future of our planet. The band mixes a variety of rock and folk influences with powerful lyrics about the importance of community and activism. The music is composed mainly by Pessi Jouste, who is of Sámi origin, and the soloist is the actress, singer, and director Eeva Rajakangas. In autumn 2023, VIMMA released their second album “Tornadon silmässä” which Music Finland
named one of the best albums of the year and got the band a Critics’ Choice nomination in Finland’s biggest music award, Emma Gala.
