Modified cultures create mortified futures.
Once, nature was flawed and untamed—something to nurture, not control. But humanity sought perfection, striving to optimize everything from nature and bodies to identity. In the pursuit of becoming godlike, we learned to reprogram life for our comfort and beauty. Yet, in altering Eden, we’ve corrupted it. Like Adam and Eve, we are aware of the consequences but continue to act, deceived by the illusion that our choices serve the greater good. Starting a conversation on the balance between the natural and the modified, the project questions how much can we alter realities for progress before we are exiled from paradise and begin to question our very existence.

THE PURPOSE
BRIDGE CREATIVE CAPS
𒆙 In Estonia’s close-knit society, creative collaboration across industries remains limited. There are only a handful of fashion events, commonly solely focusing on fashion rather than cross-disciplinary art. In response, the project brings together artists from various fields to foster self-expression and strengthen creative collaboration.
SUPPORT EMERGING TALENT
𒆙 Despite incredible talent, many promising Estonian designers and artists struggle to gain visibility both locally and internationally. Emerging brands remain in the shadows, unable to reach their full potential. Leveraging collaboration with international fashion magazines, the project aims to change that by creating a platform that echoes their talent beyond local borders and sheds light on Estonia’s creative scene.
NURTURE SUSTAINABILITY AND HERITAGE
𒆙 Sustainability is at the core of the project's design philosophy. All pieces are created from repurposed materials or made-to-order, promoting conscious design and consumption practices. Designers have found inspiration from Estonian cultural motifs, preserving local artistic heritage in the future of fashion.
Eden.exe is a cross-disciplinary art event with no profit motive — by purchasing a ticket, you support the emerging Estonian fashion and art scene. All earnings are first and foremost reinvested into the creation of this event. However, in case of surplus we will always prioritise artists over personal profit—ensuring that any extra earnings are equally distributed among all participants, regardless of their role.
Eden.exe is organised by M-LAB OÜ and Maxine Fashion Management OÜ.
