About Kristi Leibur-Nagel

Kristi Leibur-Nagel is a Partner and the People in Deals Leader at PwC Switzerland. She has over 13 years of HR deals experience focusing on People and HR aspects in corporate transactions. Kristi has worked on a number of national and international deals clients focusing on their HR, benefits and leadership matters helping to assess valuation topics and HR strategies for successful integrations.

Kristi has profound deal experience across the M&A lifecycle including HR carve-outs, due diligence, integration planning and Day 1 execution.
Before joining PwC, Kristi served as Head of Financial Planning focusing on private clients. Kristi made history in July this year by becoming the first Estonian to be named Partner at PwC Switzerland. Her deep knowledge and financial background combined with her passion for people, makes her a leading voice in the field of HR topics in deals.
