"The Paschal Mystery: From Constantinople to Rome"
The Artos Byzantine Choir of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Vilnius presents a special Easter program in Warsaw. For the first time within a single context, Byzantine and Gregorian chants—the two pillars of European sacred music—will be performed together.
In the heart of Warsaw, liturgical hymns that for centuries filled the vaults of basilicas and monasteries will resonate once more. Byzantine monody and the Latin Gregorian tradition are more than just music; they are the language through which Europe has conversed with the Divine for ages.
Join us to experience the power of the ancient word, the depth of sacred music, and the profound joy of Easter!
