Anglo – Austrian duo Two Ways Home are the songwriters: Isabella (Vienna) and Lewis Folkner (Gloucestershire). The pair fuse catchy melodies with luscious harmonies and rocky guitars. After their inception in 2014 and several releases, they have crafted a versatile sound, which pairs well with artists like Lady A, The Lumineers and Fleetwood Mac.

Two Ways Home have been featured extensively in print press as well as online and the band have enjoyed radio play across the UK & Europe and have toured internationally. After a 35 show tour across the UK in 2019, they were crowned “Artist of the Month” by the popular coffee chain Caffé Nero and accumulated more than 120,000 plays on their in-store playlists in that year alone. They were crowned “Artist of the Month” once again in 2023 after a breathtaking performance at the Black Deer Festival. The pair have also had songs featured in McDonalds, Bellaflora and many department stores across Austria as well as having songs featured in 2 Austrian documentaries.

The duo, revered as a great live act, were recently chosen from a large pool of acts to play a CdBaby event in London and have performed at the top of the Shard, headlined shows at the prestigious Under the Bridge venue in Chelsea, supported several artists in the Country/Americana scene and played some great festivals including: The Long Road, Nashville Meets London(Canary Wharf), Big Feastival and C2C at the O2Arena to name a few. Furthermore they have recently released 4 live full-band performance videos in conjunction with Stabal Music, which have cemented their live performance skills once more.

Isabella and Lewis released their debut album at the beginning of 2020, with plans to tour the UK and return to Germany, Austria and America. Unfortunately Covid19 made being out on the road impossible. Instead, the duo focused on writing new material and playing many online shows, which led to them winning ‘Best Duo/Group’ at the Country Music Spotlight Awards. The pair released 3 re-worked tracks from their debut album at the beginning of 2021 and followed this with a run of shows including appearances at several Foodies Festivals across the UK between lockdowns. From 2021-2024 some of the highlights included 4 nominations for best band/duo at the British CMA, multiple single releases including smash hits: “Feet On The Asphalt” and “Medicine Man”, two UK wide ‘Round Up’ (a Nashville style writers-round) tours, which over the years has brought together talented writers from around the world, including: Lainey Wilson, Twinnie, Joe Martin, Jeff Cohen, Robert Vincent and many more. 2025 marks the beginning of a new chapter and with it the planned release of their second studio album along with more live dates in the UK and further a field.
