U16s - Arm Locks & Strangles are NOT Permitted, 3 minute contests, Unlimited Golden Score

Full Contest Rules apply for both the Senior & Veterans Kyu Grade & High Grade Categories. 4 minute contests, Unlimited Golden Score.
