Let’s be honest: making friends or finding a partner in Estonia can be challenging.

People here are lovely, but they take their time to open up. Most locals already have their circle from school or university. Winters are long and dark, and it’s easy to just stay home. And dating apps? Lots of swiping, very few real conversations.

Maybe you moved to Tallinn recently and still spend Friday nights alone. Maybe you work remotely and your longest conversation today was with the Wolt courier. Or maybe you’ve lived here for years, but it’s always the same people and the same bar, and lately you’ve been craving some new faces.

Sounds familiar? Then this evening is for you.

So what happens there?

We’re building a new app that matches you with people who are into the same things you are ❤️ You download it, pick your interests, and in a few seconds it shows you who at the meetup is your match. Then you put the phone away and go say hi in person. That’s the whole idea 😊

And to make it even easier to connect, you’ll be randomly split into small groups of 4 people at the venue. No need to figure out who to approach or how to join a conversation - you’ll have a little group to get to know from the start!

You don’t need to be good at small talk. You already have something to talk about!

Does it actually work?

Last week, we tried it with 40 people who had never met before. They spent the evening talking, trying local food and honestly, it was hard to get them to leave 😅
