DARECon 2026
DARECon returns to Naas for 2026 as a two-day celebration of board games, tabletop gaming and community.
Hosted by Naas Board Game Club, DARECon brings players together for a weekend of games, conversation and discovery at the Osprey Hotel in Naas, Co. Kildare. Whether you are a regular board gamer, a curious newcomer, an RPG fan, a family looking for something different, or someone who simply enjoys a good table full of people, you’ll be very welcome.
This year’s event takes place on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2026, with more programme details to be announced as they are confirmed.
Expect a friendly, welcoming convention built around:
Meeting other tabletop gaming fans
Playing games in a relaxed community setting
Discovering new favourites
Taking part in organised gaming activities as they are announced
Spending a weekend with Ireland’s growing board gaming community
DARECon is designed for all experience levels. You don’t need to be an expert, and you don’t need to arrive with a full group. Come with friends, bring family, or come along solo and find a table.

Early bird tickets are available until 1 August 2026.
Regular Day Ticket: €12 early bird / €15 standard
Concession or Under-18 Day Ticket: €6 early bird / €7.50 standard
Regular Weekend Ticket: €20 early bird / €25 standard
Concession or Under-18 Weekend Ticket: €10 early bird / €12 standard
Under-10: Free
Concession tickets are available for unwaged attendees, students and seniors.
