DARECon 2026 - Two Days of Tabletop Gaming in Naas
DARECon returns to the Osprey Hotel, Naas on 17–18 October 2026 for a full weekend celebrating board games, role-playing games, miniature wargaming and the tabletop gaming community.
Whether you’re a lifelong gamer, completely new to the hobby, coming with friends or family, or arriving solo and looking for a table, you’ll be very welcome.
What’s happening at DARECon 2026?
Across two packed days, you’ll find:
Board gaming throughout the weekend, from old favourites to new discoveries
The Heron’s Perch, our dedicated tabletop RPG space, with a packed programme of adventures across multiple systems
Play and Win, giving you the chance to play selected games during the convention and potentially take one home
Miniature wargaming, demonstrations, and an all-day narrative 40K event with Eastern Fringe
Miniature painting sessions for new and experienced painters
A dedicated Family Area with games, creative activities and events throughout the weekend
Special guests including Richard “Rahdo” Ham and Jenefer Ham
Live events, panels and workshops
Irish-language and French-language tabletop gaming
Publishers, designers, exhibitors and vendors
Plenty of opportunities to meet other players, learn something new and get games to the table
You don’t need to know how everything works before you arrive, and you don’t need to bring your own gaming group. DARECon is designed to welcome newcomers and experienced players alike.
Make a weekend of it. A Weekend Ticket gives you access across both days of DARECon, including late-night gaming on Saturday - all for €25.
